Through her advocacy, she shapes policy, highlights the inequities women, particularly women of color, face, and amplifies the need for systemic change.

She has partnered with brands and charitable organisations to share her work, including serving as a brand partner for Ferring Pharmaceuticals, which celebrates diverse family-building paths. Kreena is also an advisor to ICOS (International Society of Cardio-Oncology) and the European Society of Cardiology, following her battle with breast cancer and chemotherapy-induced heart failure. As an ambassador for The Fertility Show, she openly discusses the effects of medically induced menopause on her health, well-being, and motherhood journey. She is an ally to the cancer community and works closely with Macmillan Cancer Support and Breast Cancer Now.

Kreena’s purpose is to shift the narrative around trauma and personal growth. Her inspiring story of resilience, acceptance, and tenacity serves as a beacon of hope. She has been featured on BBC Breakfast, BBC Radio, ITV’s Lorraine and Loose Women, and in publications such as The Telegraph, The Independent, Stylist, Fabulous, and Hello. She has also shared her journey on renowned podcasts such as Happy Mum Happy Baby, You, Me and the Big C, The Millennial Mind, and The Big Fat Negative.

Currently, Kreena is writing her first book following a mentorship with Hay House, where she explores how embracing vulnerability and allowing herself to fall apart became the turning point for rising in her power and creating the life she once only dreamed of. In her work, she delves into bravery, resilience, acceptance, and surrender, offering a unique perspective on these themes through the lens of her experience as a South Asian woman.

Between the ages of 33 and 43, Kreena faced deep trauma, loss, and grief, yet, in this decade, she also cultivated acceptance and gratitude for life’s challenges. Through her powerful storytelling, Kreena encourages audiences to confront their fears, accept their circumstances, and discover the courage and resilience to make meaningful change.

At 33, Kreena was diagnosed with breast cancer, which catalysed her journey of shedding cultural conditioning and amplifying South Asian voices. In 2016, after being diagnosed with acute heart failure and nearly losing her life, she experienced a profound awakening that led her to curate the life she now leads. Despite chronic illness taking away her fertility and ability to carry a pregnancy, it never took away her belief in the future she envisioned.

Kreena defied all odds and in her survival and paved the way for her four miracle children, breaking barriers and shattering glass ceilings along the way. Her eldest child was born in 2018 via surrogacy following an urgent round of IVF before chemotherapy. In 2020, she welcomed triplet boys—conceived via donor conception, carried by a surrogate, and born amidst a global pandemic. Kreena speaks candidly about the impact of cultural conditioning, especially within the South Asian community, and how societal pressure on women to be “marriageable” can hinder their personal growth during life’s most difficult challenges.

Her mission is to help individuals break free from societal constraints, embrace their true purpose, and rekindle their resilience. She believes bravery is not about being strong all the time—it’s about having the courage to fall apart and trusting in your ability to rise and rebuild.

Kreena’s story is both moving and empowering, offering profound lessons on how to transmute pain into power through action.

She is available for speaking engagements, public events, and ambassadorships that align with her core values.
